We were so fortunate to find Shirley as our realtor! When we started our apartment hunt, we were new to Hong Kong. Shirley did a great job finding many different options that fit our long list of requirements for a home. She was attentive, got us in quickly to see units and learned what we liked and didn’t like. Shirley went above and beyond with negotiations, paperwork and even set up our utilities. As Westerners, there was so much we didn’t understand about the Hong Kong real estate market. Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! We do highly recommend her to our friends and families!

Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up. She is very professional and after having dealing with many property agents.. she knows her stuff inside and out ! I highly recommend her to everyone whose looking for and apt/house.
